The Imperial Accounting Office was an organization of the Barrayaran Government designated to monitor the fiscal health and responsibility of the Imperium. For much of the Vorkosigan Saga, Count Henri Vorvolk either headed the agency or held a prominent position within it.
Presumably, the Accounting Office worked closely with the Imperial Auditors.
