The Hegen Alliance (HEH-gn) was a mutual-defense pact between the Barrayaran Imperium and the planets Vervain, Aslund, and Pol. The main purpose was to counter ghem aggression from the Cetagandan Empire during the War of the Hegen Hub.
The affiliated powers controlled most of the space stations within the Hegen Hub.
