Sergeant Bern Fors worked for GalacTech security on the planet Rodeo; when he was sent to recover a shuttle that had landed on a dried lakebed, he met Silver and Ivy Minchenko, who refused to turn it over to him. Later, he was assigned to assist in boarding the escaping Cay Habitat, but was unenthusiastic about attacking hundreds of children.
